The First Deputy Minister Presented the "AI Virtual Institute" Project During the Eurasian Economic Forum

The 5th Eurasian Economic Forum was held in Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As part of the forum, an exhibition showcasing the digital achievements and technological innovations of EAEU member states was organized at the Alem AI International Artificial Intelligence Center.
The official opening of the exhibition was attended by the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mher Grigoryan, and Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Bakytzhan Sagintayev.
EAEU member states presented leading projects and solutions in the fields of digitalization and artificial intelligence.
Gevorg Mantashyan, First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, spoke at the "Armenia" pavilion, presenting a keynote titled "Responsible AI." He addressed Armenia's policy toward the responsible development of artificial intelligence and the strategic vision for the sector's growth, and introduced the "AI Virtual Institute" platform, one of the ministry's key initiatives.
Digital tools and solutions promoting Eurasian economic integration were also showcased at the exhibition, including the capabilities of the EAEU Integrated Information System, which serves as one of the technological foundations for the union's digital integration.
